Horseriding on kefalonia, Greece

Kefalonia has recently become known as a tourist/holiday destination after the screening of Captain Corelli's Mandolin which caught the attention of the travelling public world wide. The Island is about 4500 years old and is the largest of the Ionian Islands from which many antiquities are still being unearthed. Unlike other Greek Islands, Kefalonia is quiet, which allows visitors to enjoy and reflect on the ruggedness and beauty that the island has to offer.

If you enjoy horse riding, the Greek weather, communing with nature, varied scenery and good food, a visit to our horse riding stables in Sami is long overdue. You will ride our well trained, sure footed Haflinger Horses who are specially selected for their temperament, safe trail and other equestrian activities.

All riding tours and lessons are personally supervised by the owner, a qualified F.N. German Horse Riding Teacher. We offer a variety of horse riding activities, catering for beginners, experienced riders young and old. We have Western, English and Trekking saddles for the different equestrian activities. This is your chance to ride with these fine horses in a very interesting, varied and diversified environment at very reasonable prices.
